Give employees a clear learning queue.
New hires, changing responsibilities, and updated procedures all create learning needs. Assigned courses help an employee see what is expected and when it is due. Pending, overdue, in-progress, and completed states make follow-up more focused than asking everyone for an update.
- Create courses and assign employee learning.
- Use due dates to identify work needing attention.
- Let employees start or continue their assigned courses.
Capture more than attendance.
Reading a lesson is one step; checking understanding is another. Courses can use quizzes and sign-off requirements to support your training process. Completion records provide a history of the learning recorded in STRATUM. A quiz or completion record does not replace practical skill assessment where your work requires it.
Organize training around the work people do.
Training tracks and job-title matrix rules help organize repeatable learning requirements. Managers can define the relationship between a role and the learning expected for that role, then review assignments as people and responsibilities change. This makes a structured onboarding process easier to repeat.
Pilot a real onboarding path.
Start with a short set of courses for one job title. Test the employee experience, review quiz and sign-off requirements, and check the completion records with a supervisor. Training is available as a standalone plan or alongside Document Control in the Compliance bundle.
