Document Control.
Document Control manages work instructions and other controlled documents with revision history, a submission and approval workflow with a change summary, and private document storage inside your company workspace. The approval stages include department manager, document control and quality manager review. Your own procedure decides who holds those roles.
Training.
Training lets you create courses, assign learning to employees with due dates, use quizzes and sign-off requirements, and keep completion records. Training tracks and job-title matrix rules help organize learning by role. A quiz or completion record does not replace practical skill assessment where your work requires it.
The shared foundation.
Both modules sit on a common foundation of company workspaces, locations and role-based permissions. Larger imports and integration requirements need to be scoped for the particular customer before a wider rollout.
Under development.
ERP, MRP, Production and broader quality tools remain under development. They are not included in current plans, and this site does not describe them as available. If you need one of them now, STRATUM is not yet the right fit; if you want to follow progress, contact us.
Purchasing and pricing.
Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Planned pricing, in USD: Document Control $149.00 per month ($1,251.60 billed annually), Training $100.00 per month ($840.00 billed annually), and the Compliance bundle $199.20 per month ($2,091.60 billed annually). Annual prepayment saves 30% against standard monthly pricing; the monthly bundle saves 20%; discounts do not stack; applicable taxes are additional.
What this site does not claim.
STRATUM does not claim to guarantee audit compliance or to hold any certification. The interactive preview uses fictional records and simplified interactions. This page lists no customers or results. Standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 apply to your organization’s management system, not to software.
